You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must meet any age and permission requirements that apply to the services you use. Store versions, if released, will have their own store listings and disclosures.
Playing and saving
Guest progress is stored in the current browser. Online account features require a connection and a supported sign-in provider. Use the same connected account to access your cloud progress. Different browsers and domains can have different guest saves.
Keep control of your account. Linking providers, where available, requires confirming both identities. A username alone does not create a cloud account, and matching email text does not prove two accounts belong to the same person.
Fair play
Do not submit abusive or identifying nicknames, impersonate others, manipulate scores or reports, automate competitive results, exploit defects or access another person’s data. We may investigate reports, remove public entries or restrict abusive use. Contact support to ask for a review of an action.
The leaderboard uses the best rules-checked result for each level. It is for friendly competition, with no cash prizes. Your local save is not a guarantee of eligibility for a public ranking.
Content and sharing
Game artwork, code, sound, branding and third-party components remain subject to their applicable rights and licences. You may use the supplied share controls to publish your achievement card. Check its nickname, image and caption before posting, and follow the destination service’s rules.
The current game has no purchases or payment collection. Any future paid feature or advertising reward will be explained before it is offered.
Availability and your rights
We may update the game, address defects or change feature availability. Network, browser, device and provider limitations may affect saving, audio, vibration and sharing. Keep an export of important game data.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support with a dispute or service concern so we can try to resolve it.
