Guest progress
Download or clear the guest save stored in this browser. Other devices and online accounts are separate.
PLAYER CARE
Export available game data, reset guest progress, delete Sugar Sort data or remove your publisher account.
A guest reset, game-only cloud deletion and entire publisher-account deletion are different actions. Neither of the account controls deletes your underlying Google or Apple account.
Download or clear the guest save from Delete your data. Confirm the reset before proceeding. This affects the current browser and domain; another device or domain has separate storage.
Sign in through Your games and choose Delete Sugar Sort data. Confirm your identity and the deletion choice. This removes Sugar Sort cloud progress, results, nickname reservation, ranking and related reports/hides. It keeps your shared publisher login, other games and separate guest save.
A small game-state record prevents an old offline device from restoring deleted progress. Saving stays paused until you explicitly choose Start Sugar Sort again. That creates a fresh, empty game on the same account.
Delete entire Sugar and Co. Games account is a separate option in Your games. It removes the publisher sign-in and its connected game records, including Sugar Sort. Confirm your identity and the permanent-deletion warning. For an account linked to Apple, the entire-account flow asks you to authenticate with Apple again and revokes the game’s Apple authorization before removing the publisher account. The separate guest save remains until you reset it.
Download available game data provides the game information available from the browser/account, including your own reports and hidden-player records where available. Contact us for a request concerning additional provider or support records.
If a deletion is interrupted, reconnect and retry the available controls or email hi@sugarandco.in. Do not assume clearing the browser completed a cloud request. Active-game deletion and provider security-log or backup cleanup can follow different processes.
